I had such a great experience at this spa! Crystal was absolutely amazing – she made me feel comfortable the whole time and really explained everything in detail. The service was top-notch, and I’m so glad I decided to get the VIP package. I can already tell it’s going to be worth it, and I honestly can’t wait to come back for my next appointment. Highly recommend!

I went in for the advertise neck and face non-surgical facial. I was met at the door, very professional, beautiful girl named Mayely. I went back into the aesthetician room where the treatment was lovely, very relaxing very informative very professional. I felt very comfortable. Mayela have a beautiful treatment! After I was taken into a room.. where they were to sell me package deals. I understand that a special promotes people to come in and try your services. I was definitely all about purchasing some thing for sure.! But, I wanted to go home see how I like the treatment throughout the day went and how My face felt tomorrow.I.did not want to be pushed into anything so I immediately explained that I wasn’t gonna buy anything today, but I would like the information, prices and a card and go ahead and pay for todays service. At that moment, I was given no information bounced up to go pay for the service.. kinda with attitude! It was almost as if I was not important anymore. I got no information on prices no list for additional services. Nothing ! I was told to take care… I left my girl a good tip, which she absolutely deserves. She was wonderful. But, the reason for the reason I explained above, I will not be back . I definitely would have looked at the pricing and considered this place as that is why it only got four stars. It could’ve gone so much differently for them. I would’ve been a good customer.
